Originally from Mexico and raised in California, I’m a bicultural and bilingual psychologist with a deep passion for understanding the intricacies of the human mind and the diverse experiences that shape us.

My academic path in mental health started at UC Davis, where I double majored in Psychology (B.A.) and Human Development (B.S.). It was here that I cultivated my fascination with the human psyche and its capacity for growth and transformation. Determined to delve deeper into the field, I continued my education, earning both my master’s (M.A.) and doctorate (Psy.D) in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University.
